Yi Peng as a magical experience. I felt full of hope as we released our lanterns into the night sky (which was a bit reminiscent of Tangled FYI) and the whole atmosphere captured Thai culture so well.

The beautiful vegetation in the nearby mountains would be a treat to your eyes I had always been calmed by the vastness of Chiang Mai's thick, mountainous surroundings. America's current virus stop first upended Josh Glant when he couldn't visit national parks last spring for fresh air and sweeping views of the natural wonderland.

But it was the beaches of Phuket that won me over. Patong and Kata were great for getting some sun too — well, playing in the sand with my bucket of water whilst Sunb DIY i.e. cooking at 1500 degrees C (not quite hot enough) BTW: can you believe they name their beer after Buddha?

Visit the World Heritage site of Ayutthaya Historical Park Ayutthaya Historical Park was a great place to get that feeling as it took you back in time. Thailand's rich culture shone through the ancient ruins and stunning architecture. Applauded ancient temples and ruins The temples of Ayutthaya each had a story to tell. I had a profound respect for the history of Thailand after seeing how beautiful and full it was. Visit the local Museums to get an insight into Thailand's History Visiting museums, I learned more about Thai culture and history. Interactive displays touched me and made the past sound real. Krabi Nature’s Display Visit Railay Beach and its beautiful beaches They were magical in their way with the stunning landscapes of Railay Beach. With soaring limestone cliffs and warm, translucent waters, it was a beautiful place for relaxation or to simply explore.

Island Hopping such as in Hong Island

Krabi gave us the thrill of island hopping. With each landing, unique beauty such as unspoiled beaches and amazing marine life only increased my adoration of all things aquatic.

But I savored the adrenaline of being outdoors in Krabi. Some of my favorite parts included rock climbing in beautiful locations and going snorkeling at bright coral reefs.

Pai The Hidden Gem

Take in the beauty of landscapes and waterfalls. Its scenic landscape was a feast for my imagination. Waterfalls and lush greenery were just the right kind of antidote most needed for a weary city soul that getting used to all this life in the fast lane.

The laid-back vibe of Pai appealed to me. I loved the relaxed vibe and creative cafes that put me in a zen zone above all.

Day 2: Onsen People-watching

My time here was complete with the exploration of local markets and natural hot springs a short ride away in Pai. Every experience taught me more about the traditions and culture of Thailand.

Every one of those sculptures reflected the artistry and spirituality Thai culture had to offer.

Stay in ultra-luxury resorts and enjoy beachside facilities. We stayed at a luxury resort in Koh Samui and it was everything we could have wished for. The incredible views and spa treatments took my relaxation to another level.

Koh Samui was also good for nightlife. There were trendy cocktails at all the beach bars, live music, and interesting people to bump into.
